Summary
I believe the best care starts with listening. Every patient has unique goals, values, and priorities, and I work collaboratively with each person to develop a care plan that reflects what matters most to them. I respect each patient’s beliefs and preferences, discuss the available treatment options, and provide guidance to help them make informed decisions that support the best possible outcomes.
My approach is to focus on the least invasive, most effective treatment whenever appropriate. I believe healthcare is a partnership, and the direction of care should be determined together through open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making. I also work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure each patient receives coordinated, comprehensive care.
I chose my profession because I enjoy helping people achieve their best possible health, often by looking beyond medications alone. When appropriate, I encourage lifestyle changes that can improve long-term health and well-being. Outside of work, I enjoy farming, fishing, camping, hiking, and mountain biking, which help me stay active and connected to the outdoors.
