As a Trauma and Acute Care Surgery Nurse Practitioner, my philosophy is rooted in providing compassionate, evidence-based care during life’s most critical moments. I believe every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity, and I strive to ensure that both patients and families feel informed, supported, and valued throughout their care journey.

Continuity of care is central to my approach—I work to provide consistent, coordinated treatment from admission through recovery and beyond. I prioritize collaborative treatment planning that integrates clinical expertise with patient preferences, fostering clear communication and shared decision-making for the best possible outcomes.

My background in emergency medicine taught me the importance of rapid decision-making, teamwork, and empathy in high-stakes situations. Trauma and acute care surgery allows me to extend that commitment, following patients beyond the initial crisis and supporting their recovery with compassion and hope.

Outside of work, I find balance and joy by spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, hiking, enjoying water sports, and baking. These passions keep me grounded and help me bring creativity, energy, and perspective into the care I provide.
