Care Philosophy

I chose orthopedics because I enjoy helping people regain their mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. Whether it's recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or getting back to work, sports, or everyday life, it's incredibly rewarding to help patients improve their quality of life and achieve their personal goals.

My approach to care is built on partnership. I believe every patient deserves to be heard, and I encourage open, collaborative conversations so we can make decisions together. I take the time to understand each person's goals, lifestyle, and priorities, then develop an individualized treatment plan that aligns with what matters most to them. Whenever possible, I focus on the least invasive, most effective treatment options, while coordinating closely with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless, comprehensive care. If surgery becomes the best path forward, I make sure my patients understand their options and feel informed and confident every step of the way.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, hiking, fishing, and hunting. Staying active gives me an appreciation for the importance of movement and reinforces my passion for helping patients get back to the activities that bring them joy and improve their quality of life.
