Care Philosophy

I believe exceptional care is built through partnership. My goal is to work collaboratively with patients so they feel informed, empowered, and actively engaged in every stage of their care. Together, we develop individualized treatment plans that align with each person's goals, priorities, and vision for their overall well-being.

I am committed to fostering meaningful, lasting relationships with my patients by creating an environment built on trust, open communication, and mutual respect. Beyond the clinical setting, I strive to be a trusted healthcare partner and member of the community, helping patients navigate challenges and make confident decisions about their care.

My approach to treatment planning is grounded in evidence-based medicine and shared decision-making. Following an injury, I take time to ensure patients fully understand their diagnosis and all appropriate treatment options, whether surgical or nonoperative. Whenever possible, I prioritize the most effective and least invasive approach. At the same time, I recognize when timely surgical intervention is necessary to restore function and achieve the best possible outcomes.

As an orthopedic trauma provider, I bring the same passion for movement and adventure to my practice that I enjoy in my own life. Whether it's skiing fresh powder, backpacking in the mountains, or mountain biking with my family, I understand the importance of staying active and doing the things that bring purpose and joy. I believe that even after a serious injury, returning to those activities is often possible and always worth striving for.

Through compassionate care, informed decision-making, and a positive, motivating approach, I help patients regain confidence, rebuild strength, and get back to the lives they love.
