We were really impressed with James McMahon. It was my husbands first visit with him and you could tell he had reviewed his medical records and was able to give recommendations of some tests to run as well as new supplements to take. We are looking forward to working with him on the ongoing recovery of my husbands cancer and surgery.

Every thing went as planned with the procedure and was put to sleep and when I woke up it was done RN Derek was awesome, but the woman who put my IV in really needs to become more user friendly as she bordered on being rude. The explanation of the procedure afterwards by Dr Webb was way to fast and I’m going to call in Monday to ask more questions. All in all it was an excellent experience! The doctor who put me to sleep had an amazing personality and brought some joy to a gloomy procedure.

My visit to Kootenai Healthcare was very smooth. Making the appointment, took a little while bit worth the wait, and meeting with Dr McMahon. He listened, we discussed options and choose a path forward. I appreciate his insight and recommendations.

Every one was great and comforting to me as I went thur a GI bleed that scared my husband and I. Instructions were very cleat that I cannot take any nsaids anymore for the rest of my life. There are death to me. Thank you every ones

In the several years I've been a patient, Dr McMahon has shown me what a good doctor should be. A high compliment, and not made lightly. Truly caring, and going the extra mile always.

Very professional and thorough. Didn't seem to bother him that I am 90 years old.
