expedient check-in from the front desk to the vitals all staff, physicians techs and office staff, efficient but in no way rushed

This past Monday I saw Dr. Bassler at the Post Falls clinic for my annual physical.The staff at the check-in counter were very friendly and helpful. No delays checking in. Shortly afterwards a nurse took my vitals. She was very professional and friendly. After a very short wait Dr. Bassler greeted me. She reviewed my vitals and recent blood work. She is very professional. Her review was very thorough and easy to understand. She answered all my questions. This was the second time I've been to Dr. Bassler. I have already made my appointment for my 2020 physical. I highly recommend her.

I was seen on my arrival. No waiting. Staff is friendly. Dr Bassler listens and is quite knowledgeable. She is caring and professional.

Appointment was on time. Very friendly staff and Dr. Bassler is the best. Her time with me was unrushed and she went above and beyond to meet all of my needs.

Dr. Bassler really takes time with me and goes over everything. She is friendly, she listens and she gets the job done. I'm very happy with my Dr. I hope we have many yrs together. It's hard to feel comfortable sometimes and I really don't feel like that with Dr.Bassler. I'm glad I found her for my doctor.

Visit with Dr.Bassler what just perfect and professional. I'm enrolled in the patient portal system and use it often, it's a great tool. Just one problem, Dr asked me to send a picture if the rash on my arm. There is no way to attach a photo on the patient portal page. No one in the office knew how to do it either. I hope this is a feature that can be added to the patient portal page.
