Dr. Jackson was great from my first appointment with her. She sat with my son and I and explained my diagnosis and what my options were. She took her time and let me ask as many questions as I needed to. She was super nice I felt comfortable right away. She scheduled all the needed imaging and let me know the results. The surgery was scheduled soon after. I had a partial mastectomy the first of Oct and recovered well. The reason I'm writing today is because I just got out of the shower and for the first time realized you can hardly see a scar. I would certainly recommend Dr. Jackson and Kootenai Health I was treated kindly and with respect. It made my journey so much easier.
