Always could count on the service that they provide. They are there when you need them.

I love all the providers here. Faith Krull is Amazing! She takes the time to know her patients and the care is top notch. I highly recommend her. I give her 5 stars. However the mask policy from Kootenai Health has become a bit tiresome. Especially for a pregnant women who's blood pressure goes through the roof while their babies oxygen is depleted from having to wear a mask the entire time. Kootenai is a public company not a private and their board of directors needs to listen to the public. Our city's health board has lifted the mandate. Our state has lifted the mandate. The CDC came out and said masks don't work and on top of that if you've been vaccinated you don't need to wear one. There should be no reason why they force all patience to wear a mask. Our tax dollars go to the paychecks of those who sit on the board of Kootenai health and they need to listen to their constituents. If they want to make it a company policy for their providers then that's their prerogative but it is not their prerogative to force their patience. Especially when wearing a mask can escalate certain health issues. I give Kootenai 3 stars.

I highly recommend Faith Krull. She is very thorough and easy to talk to. She delivered two of my babies and even came to the hospital to deliver my last baby on her day off. She is kind, dedicated, and her love for what she does really shows!

The nurse midwives and doctors truly care about you and your health. I've been in their care for 5 babies and any other medical help in between. I have had excellent treatment, thank you Faith and all the other NMW there!

Great office and everybody is so nice and answers any and all questions. Highly recommend.
