Summary
Darrell earned his Bachelor of Science in physical therapy (PT) at Loma Linda University (Loma Linda, CA). Following graduation he moved to Boise, ID where he completed a Master’s of Science in Exercise and Sport Studies at Boise State University. Later, he was the first PT in Idaho to receive a Certification in Hand Therapy (CHT) from the Hand Therapy Certification Commission. Additionally, he is McKenzie trained. Darrell has stated his practice philosophy, “Our health is such a personal and vital part of our life’s needs and interests. I love to teach and help patients understand how to strengthen their physical capabilities following an injury and want to continue offering my natural enthusiasm and sincere desire to help patient’s achieve their goals!” He and his wife make their home in Hayden and when he is not working, Darrell enjoys challenging himself with adventures including travel and many things outdoors – snow skiing/ water skiing, cycling and mountain biking, hiking, golfing, snowmobiling and snow shoeing. He also appreciates time and friendships made along the way!
