Care Philosophy

I believe the best care starts with listening. Every patient has unique goals, concerns, and priorities, and I believe those should play an important role in every treatment decision. My goal is to work alongside you to develop a care plan that reflects your needs, your lifestyle, and what matters most to you.

In trauma and fracture care, treatment isn't one-size-fits-all. I take the time to explain your injury, discuss your options, and answer your questions so we can make informed decisions together. Whether treatment involves surgery or a non-surgical approach, I believe the best outcomes come from combining evidence-based medicine with patient education and shared decision-making.

Recovery is a process, and I'm committed to supporting you every step of the way. I work closely with other members of your care team to provide coordinated, comprehensive care and regularly review medications and treatment plans to ensure they continue to meet your needs. My goal is to help you heal safely, regain function, and return to the activities that are important to you.

Above all, I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, respected, and confident in your care. I know that injuries often happen unexpectedly and can be overwhelming, especially on one of the most difficult days of your life. My commitment is to provide compassionate, personalized care while partnering with you throughout your recovery.
