Everything was great 👍

I suffered an injury requiring “urgent” NOT “emergency” attention and I had not yet established with a local physician having moved to the area recently. I was seen within 6 hours from initial contact and greeted by a professional and compassionate team of employees. I was seen, evaluated, diagnosed, informed of differential diagnoses, rescheduled for follow up diagnostic procedures and dismissed in just over an hour. I was treated with dignity and respect. I give Kootenai Orthopedic Group my highest recommendation.

Friendly and helpful, X ray right on sight for quick diagnosis. I would recommend to friends and family. The only Con was I put on my paperwork I was interested in quitting smoking and when the exam started I forgot to bring it up, they unfortunately did not mention it either. So If you want to quit and don't want to make a second Dr appointment be sure to bring it up FIRST.

Bucklee took the time and listened to me. He made referrals to help with my care. Great visit.

Buckles was kind and thorough explained everything I asked about, he even explained the xrays. Experience was great other than I was scheduled with on PA but was seen by Bucklee which was no problem just would of been nice to know.

From the beginning all through to the end of my visit it was great. The staff was very pleasant and attentive.

I feel we are really luck to have a clinic like this available. The doctors and nurses are personable and great with the kids. The front office staff are friendly and efficient.
