This doctor and her staff are most certainly worth the wait. I have a rare autoimmune illness rarely seen by most docs. Due to this I see a lot of specialists because of organ involvement. I am most certainly no easy patient and my symptoms are many & often bizarre. Due to Covid Lock downs along with low Doc population in the CDA area, I had to wait 5 months for my first visit with Doc Chase. She is most definitely worth the wait! Her staff is on top of it and demonstrates warmth and compassion. Because of my illness I come with a lot of extra paper work, medications, Infusions etc and prior authorizations. So a lot of extra foot-work. Dr. Chase listens. She makes eye contact and communicates well. She trusts me. She is patient with me. ( I often ramble trying to figure it all out & I at times drop the ball on my own responsibilities regarding paper work etc). More importantly Dr Chase demonstrates genuine motivation beyond the call of duty - desiring to net work with my new Rheumo, Neuro, Pain Docs etc - even to the point of reaching out to the US leading specialist regarding my illness at Mayo Clinic in AZ. It helps too that she is the Resident Teaching Doc for this area. I hope & pray with all sincerity that those young docs under her wing choose to stay in this area upon completion of their Residency program and follow her exceptional example. 🙏 Doctor Chase's Care Coordinator Brenda is an absolute doll. She is gracious, professional and aids me tremendously in the over all organization of my medications, treatments along with discussions about my various symptoms. 💖 Trust me when I state: I see a LOT of doctors both here in Spokane and in Seattle and have seen a good 30 top specialists over the last 15 years. It's not enough to just be a good doctor; one also needs to be a good person with a righteous heart in order to effectively heal the wounds of an individual or family.🕊️꧂

Dr. Chase is THE BEST family med. doctor I have ever been to in my 72 years. She is thorough, friendly, down to earth, and gives you whatever time it takes, never making you feel rushed. If she doesn't know an answer she researches it right then or helps you find the answer through a referral. I have never been as comfortable with a doctor.
