Excellent care, the nursing staff and hospitalists were great!

Answered every question I had thoroughly and was very nice and professional.

I was transferred from Clearwater Valley Health in Orofino to Kootenai Hospital for a GI bleed. Everyone I had contacted with was beyond considerant, friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. I'm so blessed with the excellent care I received and I thank each and everyone who were working over Labor Day weekend!!

I came to the ED with shortness of breath. From the ED to the care I got while there I received wonderful care by compassionate caring staff. I was there for 24 observation. The nurses we very knowledgeable and very professional. Also had a fourth year nursing student doing training in the ED. blew the vein on my left forearm but I knew there was a possibility of infiltration since I am a retired nurse of 30 years. I have no complaints.

I received excellent care after falling and having a tibial plateau fracture. The staff was very professional and explained all aspects of my surgery in detail. My post op care was outstanding. Caring nurses, CNAs and staff helped my stay be pleasant under the circumstances. Thank you so much for the best care possible.

Nursing staff and CNA's were amazing. They were friendly, fun and professional. I also enjoyed the hospitality was great.

We were treated very well in Emergency and the Hospital on my husband's visit. My only complaint was that on a subsequent visit (because we have no doctor ourselves in CDA) upon Release from both the Hospital and Emergency Room the second visit especially we were not given a list of physicians we could contact who were qualified to assist us during his Recovery. This would have been extremely helpful to his recovery and helped the family greatly. Therefore our rating is 4 Stars and not 5.
