Rent or Sell Your Property to a Health Care Worker
Finding housing in our region has become a huge barrier when trying to recruit and retain health care professionals to live/work in our community – thank you for helping us share resources with our employees and potential hires.
If you have a property you would like to rent or sell:
- Please complete the following form and email it to NHancock@kh.org.
- Please email 5-10 photos of your property to NHancock@kh.org.
- Your property will be posted on our internal website and shared with potential new hires and current staff.
- Please note: Kootenai Health will not enter into any agreements or contracts for the rental property. Our employees, potential employees, and contracted workforce may contact you with interest in obtaining more information about your property.
