Dr. Ball was very thorough in answering all my questions. He is a very caring doctor whom I would thoroughly recommend . He has an excellent staff who answers questions when needed and returns your calls.

My experience at Kootenai Heart Clinics Northwest was very good. Dr. Ball and the entire staff are professional and and helpful. Dr. Ball spent quality time with me and answered my questions thoroughly. A very good experience overall and a special shout out to Kathy, you're a gem!

Best doctor's clinic I've been to in years. Excellent doctor and staff and very organized.

Excellent Doctor. Dr Ball takes the time to listen to your questions and then gives a plain talk answer back so that a lay person can understand. He is very through in his examinations.

I’m so glad I live in Spokane WA! Everything about our office visit was informative and made us feel at ease with our care!

Saw Dr. Ball in April 2017 for a heart attack. First of all, I am still alive. Major plus. I am experiencing a 100% survival rate. I had 2 stents put in and he went in through my wrist. Zero recovery time and zero pain related to the procedure. To be any better at this than Dr. Ball, he would have had to change my lifestyle choices for the past 30 years. I have had about 3-4 follow-up appointments since my heart attack. Seriously, I don't know if it is possible to be better at this than Dr. Ball. Bedside manner is as good as you could hope for. Listens when you talk (not all doctors do anymore). My confidence in him is 100%. I will request him for my next hear attack 🙂 The Valley Office is easy to get to and the staff is always friendly.

New Doctor, very thorough, great experience. Answered all questions and explained obervations thoroughly.

I thought the service was very very very good I thought the employees were very courteous and professional not too impressed with scheduling going from cardiologist visit two procedure with a for our lifetime I feel could be shortened that's why I rated it A4 and it should have been rated a 5

This was my initial visit with Dr. Ball, and my first visit to a cardiologist. He was that relatively rare example of a physician who also listens: I felt engaged in a conversation about my health as opposed to the subject of a hit and run office visit. Sense of humor, compassion, self assurance without arrogance, and a willingness to explain and motivate. Thank you, Doctor.
