Kathy graduated from California State University, Long Beach. For 10 years she worked with adults in acute care, rehabilitation, home health and outpatient settings. In 1993, the focus changed to children. For the past 16 years, she has provided physical therapy in the outpatient setting as well as therapy in the local school districts. Wheelchair seating and positioning, amputees, and sports opportunities for children are special interests. She has two grown daughters who are active in sports. She and her husband are very involved in recreational and competitive softball leagues for girls ages 8 – 18.
