The emergency was addressed in a very timely manner and with great care and attention to Vernon's needs. Measures were taken to verify any/non injuries and additional care was taken to check for head injuries in addition to the leg and elbow. Medications and vaccines were also verified and further medical needs addressed after discharge. ER was staffed with great care givers who listened and also provided comfort to a person with dementia, which is very important.

Dr. Wisbeck was very personable and knowledgeable. He seemed to ask all the right questions and actually listened to the answers. Not that I want to visit the ER again, but if I have to, I hope Dr. Wisbeck is on duty.

I had to go to the ER and it was my first time at this ER. Not something I wanted to do at all. However, every staff member from check-in to the treating staff (Doctor, RN, & phlebotomist) were absolutely professional & friendly! They made this unexpected experience very easy & smooth. I really appreciate everyone's kindness.

I do not like going into the ER of hospitals… but Dr Wisbeck made the whole experience amazing. Calming nerves, helping through my pain while his whole team was test after test to make sure they had the correct answer for me. I truly appreciated everything they did. I recommend Kootenai Heath and Dr Wisbeck to anyone and everyone.
