Makes 1 jar
½ cup Oats
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2-3 Tbsp Peanut butter or PB2 powdered peanut butter
1 Tbsp Chia or flax seed
2 tsp Honey
1/3 cup Nonfat yogurt (Greek, plain, or dairy-free)
2/3 cup Milk of choice
- Mix all ingredients in a jar starting with dry ingredients and ending with wet ingredients.
- Seal jar and place in fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight for best results.
- Top with favorite fresh fruit, granola, nuts/seeds, etc. and enjoy.
*Tip: Prep 5 jars at once and store in fridge so you have breakfast for the whole work week! For food safety, do not consume after more than 7 days in the fridge.
