Balance and Fitness

Join us on Mondays in the Kootenai Health Heart Center Classroom for this free exercise program for adults who want to improve their strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility while decreasing their risk of falling. Pre-registration and medical clearance is required.  Anyone interested in signing up should contact Kootenai Health’s Injury Prevention program at (208) 625-5722 or by emailing trauma@kh.org.
