This was my annual physical. I am 76 years old and this was an extremely effective appointment. All my issues were discussed and handled. It was a very GOOD experience.

I had a good visit at this clinic. The wait time was short. The staff was friendly and helpful and even laughed at my jokes. The physician that did the minor surgery was knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything very well. She allowed me to make the decision if the procedure should be done. She talked to me through out letting me know what she was doing and why. I really appreciated that she did all of this and I highly recommend this clinic!

I assume you mean at yhe Wound Clinic. Everything great. Except Dr. JOANNE will br greatly missed... and requirement for a doctor referral is for the birds. Just another wat for Kootenay hospital group to make more money. Paul Vilanfrr

Excellent emergency care covered by the VA. The DR, tech ician and the nurse were courteous and competent. Hopefully the staff were able to get the authorization from the VA S I requested since I was in no condition to do anything by myself.
