At Kootenai Clinic, our board certified otolaryngologists treat ailments of the ear, nose and throat. Our providers are known for unsurpassed medical and surgical care of patients with head and neck problems.
Otolaryngologists also have a unique expertise in the ability to diagnosis and offer comprehensive treatment of allergies. This includes the ability to recommend and perform medical and surgical treatment for allergies, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, and other related disorders.
Continuous 24-hour call coverage is provided by the otolaryngologists at Kootenai Clinic. If you need to speak with a physician outside of business hours or over the weekend, please call the office at (208) 765-1345 and our answering service will contact the on-call physician. If necessary, messages may also be left with the office in the same manner.
Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday. If you are new to the office, or have not seen us in the last three years, you will be asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow enough time to complete the required paperwork prior to your scheduled appointment time.
If you need to reschedule your appointment we would greatly appreciate 24-hour notice.
We accept most major insurance companies and Medicare. However, it is important you know your insurance carrier when scheduling your appointment. This is necessary to help schedule you with a physician who is a provider of your insurance network to maximize your benefits.
We will file all insurance claims for you. Please bring your insurance cards to your visit. We will also file Idaho workers' compensation claims with authorized case number and billing address information. Co-payments are due at the time of service. Mastercard and Visa are accepted. If you are unable to make the payment at the time of your visit, please contact us to arrange other payment options.
